How To Jump Start A Positive Ground

L293B Mega

Ho fatto cambiamenti importanti nel progetto di R2-D2, nella fattispecie sostituirò i 2 ponti H con l'integrato L293B.

A parità di numero di pin occupati vi elencherò i pro e i contro.

Ponti H
Pro:
Dimensioni

Contro

Replicabilità, ovvero è difficilissimo farne 2 che funzionino nello stesso modo.
Sopportano basse correnti.
L293B
  • Pro:
Supports up to 2A for a time of 5 ms.
Pilot in a nearly identical 2 dc motors
  • Cons:
Size needs a heatsink if you use it at full power.
consumes 5W max.
Although the H bridges are good solutions, I decided to adopt the integrated L293B because it is far more reliable.
In the previous post I wrote that the motor would not start because of low power, I was wrong, because after creating 2 more bridges H I realized that they worked differently.
  • Let me explain: the engine with the first H-bridge started with a gentle push, the second H-bridge was part of the engine alone, but with a speed slightly lower than the third.
  • We understand that it is uncomfortable H calibrate the decks so that they work equally.

Here is the pattern that I used:

I connected to +5 v pins 1,8,9,16 Arduino board of Mega.

to be easy on your PC too much power the board with a alimentatorino to 9V DC, but do not run the program for too long because the voltage regulator on board is "trying" a lot.

Here is the code I used http://pastebin.com/m4463ccee

A quick measures voltage and current on motors.

Here's a video of the integrated work:
